Take a walk on the woolly side to ease pandemic stress

Here's a novel way to combat the anxiety of COVID-19: Why not take a llama for a stroll and feel the stress melt away?

Jock River Alpaca and Llama Farm in Richmond, Ont. offers the opportunity to take halter-trained llamas and alpacas for a walk, a boon to people who are looking for safe, soothing outdoor activities during the pandemic.

By the end, you'll be hugging your llama, not wanting to leave.

Point of View: Drawing on the good, even in bad times

Have you ever done anything 940 days in a row? Andrea Ross has.⠀

After going through treatment for breast cancer, Andrea gained a newfound gratitude for the little joys in the everyday moments. She decided to put pen to paper and doodle something good that had happened the previous day.⠀

Andrea calls her daily doodle practice 'gruntling.' The steps to proper gruntling include noticing good throughout the day, replaying the good experience and how it felt and drawing a simple doodle to represent it.
