Twenty years after Red Shores Casino opened its doors in Charlottetown, it's getting an expansion to add 8,000 square feet of space. Its operator, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, won't say how much the project will cost. But it does say there is no government money going into the work. CBC's Wayne Thibodeau reports.
