After more than half a decade, the group is back with their third release Beyond the Reach of the Sun, due out on Aug. 30. Earlier this week, we were joined in studio by band members Kenny Cook and Rory O'Brien. The Softies' new album, The Bed I Made, is the first project they've released in 24 years. Earlier this week, NXNW guest host Lisa Christiansen met with the duo at Melberg's Vancouver store, Happy Cat Feline Essentials.
