Manitoba has declared another provincewide state of emergency as wildfires continue to threaten communities, Premier Wab Kinew announced at a news conference on Thursday.

The City of Winnipeg has partnered with the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ to help people acclimatize to the new parking system, which will have no meters. "Parking angels" will be patrolling to help drivers having issues, and they'll even have one-hour free parking vouchers to help people having a particularly hard time.
